Phase 2

View & GIve Feedback on Listings

We'll review property listings and refine the search and focus on homes that best meet your criteria.

Tour Homes with Lisa

We'll visit potential homes to get a firsthand look at each property. This step allows you to assess the features, condition, and overall suitability of the homes.

Find Home, Strategize & Submit Offer

Once you find a home you love, we'll work together to develop a strategic offer. Things we'll consider are market conditions, comparable sales, and your budget to craft a competitive bid.

Offer is Accepted. Send in Earnest $

After your offer is accepted, submit earnest money to demonstrate your commitment. This deposit is typically held in escrow and applied toward your down payment or closing costs.

Phase 3

Navigate Financing, Appraisal, Title

Work with your lender to finalize your mortgage, ensuring the appraisal and title search are completed. This step confirms the property's value and ensures a clear title for a smooth transaction.

Navigate Inspection / Final Walk-through

Schedule a home inspection to identify any potential issues. Conduct a final walk-through before closing to ensure all agreed-upon repairs are completed and the property is in the expected condition.

Send Down Payment & Sign at Closing

Transfer your down payment and attend the closing meeting to sign the necessary documents. This final step officially transfers ownership and allows you to take possession of your new home.
